These general terms and conditions apply to all contracts between TransLogix GmbH and the client for the provision of logistics and transport services.
A contract is concluded by written confirmation of the order by TransLogix GmbH.
The scope of services is defined in the order confirmation. TransLogix GmbH is entitled to commission third parties for the execution of partial services.
The liability of TransLogix GmbH is governed by the statutory provisions of the HGB, CMR and other applicable regulations.
